Learn with The AI Quilter (learn.theaiquilter.com)
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Hi there, it's me, Theresa!
This school is owned and operated by Radiant Meatball LLC ("The AI Quilter," "we," "us," or "our"). Radiant Meatball LLC might sound like a giant anonymous (and oddly tasty) corporation, but it's really just me. So when you see "we" or "our" below, that's just me making things sound official.
By creating an account, enrolling in a course or webinar, or otherwise using learn.theaiquilter.com (the "School"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them, they're written in plain English on purpose. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the School.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the School after an update means you accept the changes.
1. Your Account
· You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to create an account or make a purchase.
· You agree to give us accurate information when you sign up (a real name and a working email address) and to keep it current.
· Your account is yours alone. Keep your password safe and don't share your login with anyone else. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
2. Your License to Course Content
When you enroll in a course or webinar, free or paid, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view its content for your own individual, non-commercial, educational use. Courses are licensed to you, not sold.
That means you agree not to:
· Share, resell, transfer, or give away your access or login.
· Copy, download (except where a download is provided), record, redistribute, or republish course videos, lessons, patterns, or materials.
· Use course content to create competing courses or products, or for any commercial purpose, without written permission from us.
Course access lasts as long as the course is offered in the School. I work hard to keep courses available, and I'll give reasonable notice if a course is being retired, but I can't promise any course will be available forever.
3. Live Classes and Webinars
· Live sessions start on time. If you miss a session, there are no makeups, but where a recording is provided you'll get access to it.
· Live sessions may be recorded. By attending, you're okay with your voice, chat comments, and shared work possibly appearing in the recording. If that's a concern for a specific session, email me beforehand and we'll figure it out.
· If I need to cancel or reschedule a live class or webinar and you can't make the new time, you'll get a full refund for that purchase. See the Refund Policy in Section 7.
· You are responsible for your own device and internet connection. I can't troubleshoot your Wi-Fi, though believe me, I sympathize.
4. Education, Not Professional Advice
Everything in the School, courses, webinars, videos, downloads, and free resources, is shared for educational and informational purposes. I'm a quilter and a creative who works with AI tools. I'm not a lawyer, accountant, therapist, or technology consultant, and nothing here should be taken as professional advice in any of those areas.
AI tools evolve constantly. Features change, platforms update their terms, and what works beautifully today might behave differently tomorrow. I can't guarantee that any specific tool, prompt, or technique will produce the same results for you that it does for me. Your mileage will genuinely vary, and that's part of the creative process. What you create depends on your effort, your tools, your materials, and about a hundred other variables I can't control.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in the School, including videos, text, images, logos, patterns, worksheets, and downloads, is the property of Radiant Meatball LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws worldwide.
What you make in class is yours. The quilts, designs, and projects you create using what you learn belong to you. Your art is yours.
6. Payments and Pricing
· Payments are processed at the time of purchase through Thinkific Payments, powered by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
· By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate.
· Prices, course availability, and descriptions may change at any time without notice. Price changes never affect purchases you've already made.
· Where required, sales tax is added at checkout.
7. Refund Policy
Because courses and webinars are digital and you get access to the content right away, all sales are final. Here are the exceptions I will always honor:
· Duplicate purchase or billing error. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or bought the same course twice by accident, email me and I'll refund the error, full stop.
· You genuinely can't access the content. If a technical problem on our end keeps you from accessing what you bought and we can't fix it within 5 business days of your report, you'll get a full refund.
· I cancel a live class or webinar. If I cancel, or reschedule to a time you can't make, you get a full refund for that purchase.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number (it looks like TAQ1001, and it's in your receipt). I read every one of these myself and respond within a few business days.
Outside those exceptions, refunds are granted only at our sole discretion, evaluated case by case. If something has gone wrong, please talk to me before disputing a charge with your card issuer. I'd much rather fix it.
8. Community and Conduct
Course discussion areas, live session chats, and any community spaces connected to the School should feel welcoming and safe. Connect, ask for help, share your work, and lift up other makers. Don't harass, demean, spam, or discriminate. I may mute, remove, or ban anyone who makes the space worse for others, at my discretion.
You also agree not to misuse the School itself: no unlawful activity, no distributing malware, no attempting to hack or disrupt the site, and no scraping or collecting other students' information.
9. Third-Party Links and Tools
Courses may mention or link to third-party tools, websites, or resources. When I demonstrate a tool, I'm sharing what I actually use in my own work; that's not an endorsement of every policy, dataset, or business practice behind it. I encourage you to do your own research and make choices that align with your values. I'm not responsible for third-party content, pricing, privacy practices, or anything that happens once you leave the School.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The School and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the School, its content, or its availability, and we are not liable for downtime or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Meatball LLC and its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the School or its content, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the course or service at issue.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radiant Meatball LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the School or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms; if that happens because of a violation like sharing or reselling content, no refund is owed.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
If a dispute arises, please contact me first, most things can be sorted out with an email. If we can't resolve it informally, both parties agree to submit the matter first to non-binding mediation, and if that fails, to binding arbitration with a neutral arbitrator acceptable to both parties. You keep the right to go to small claims court or to protect intellectual property rights.
14. The Fine Print on the Fine Print
If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Radiant Meatball LLC about the School and replace any earlier agreements.
